Role Description We are seeking an experienced Accountant with Freight Forwarding Industry Experience to manage day-to-day finance activities, compliance, vendor billing, invoicing, and international remittances. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Zoho Books, and accounting practices specifically related to freight forwarding and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Handle full accounting operations within the freight forwarding domain Create customer invoices (Freight, CHA, Transport, OCEAN/AIR shipments) Process vendor bills and maintain accurate payable/receivable records Manage GST (input/output), e-invoicing, GSTR filings, and reconciliation Ensure proper TDS deduction, payments, filing, and record maintenance Manage inward and outward remittances, including overseas agent payments Reconcile
