As a Radiologist, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and proficiency in various medical imaging techniques to produce precise and detailed visual representations of specific areas within the human body for accurate diagnosis.

QualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Diploma of National Board (DNB) in RadiodiagnosisMinimum 4 to 6 years of experiencePerforms diagnostic imaging procedures such as CT, MRI and Ultrasound, as well as interpreting the results timelyReview medical records and interview patients to understand their medical histories in preparation for conducting imaging (such as allergies to contrast chemicals)Provide patients with instructions on properly preparing for imaging in advance of the procedureAdminister contrast material, both oral and IVKnowledge of radiological safety and protocolsStrong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret medical images accuratelyAbility to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
