We are looking for a skilled InDesign Paginator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for laying out and paginating print and digital materials using Adobe InDesign, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and aesthetic appeal.

Good knowledge in handling Adobe InDesign, understanding of template creation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and paginate documents using Adobe InDesign according to design and content specifications.
  • Format text, images, and graphics while maintaining layout consistency and alignment.
  • Ensure all pages meet printing and publication standards.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators to finalize layouts.
  • Proofread and review pages for errors, including typography, alignment, and formatting.
  • Manage large volumes of pages efficiently, meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare print-ready files and digital proofs.
  • Make necessary revisions based on feedback from supervisors or clients.
  • Maintain organized file management for easy retrieval and editing.
  • Stay updated with the latest InDesign features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, page layout, and design principles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with pagination in publishing or advertising is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
