Export Assistant – Choudhary International Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Andheri, MIDC, Mumbai

Choudhary International Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of leather and non-leather footwear. With strong export operations across the UK, Europe, Australia, USA, Poland, and beyond, we also collaborate closely with the Tata Group for domestic projects.

We are looking for an Export Assistant to support our growing international business operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day export documentation and communication efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the merchandising team for smooth execution of orders.

  • Handle international courier bookings and tracking (DHL, FedEx) and domestic shipments (Blue Dart, Prime Track).

  • Review purchase orders for accuracy regarding price, quantity, delivery terms, and payment terms.

  • Maintain organized filing of purchase orders and distribute them to the sourcing team.

  • Prepare pro forma invoices upon receipt of purchase orders.

  • Create packing lists as per buyer-specific formats.

  • Prepare and update daily production reports for management review.

  • Support export documentation and general office coordination as required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in exports, logistics, or documentation will be an added advantage.

  • Strong MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP knowledge preferred.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in coordination.
