Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at HPC Collabs. As a Telesales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound sales calls to potential clients within the wedding industry. You will be responsible for building relationships, pitching products or services, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks will include making a high volume of calls, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer support and training to clients.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated sales experience and ability to meet targets
Strong customer support and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and understand product knowledge quickly
Experience in telesales or outbound call center environment
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints
Training or experience in sales techniques and strategies
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Highly motivated and target-driven individual
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
