Position: Plant Manager – Biofertilizer & Animal Feed Manufacturing
Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh | Full-time
We are a fast-growing biofertilizer and animal feed company building world-class manufacturing facilities in India with future expansion into the USA. We are looking for an energetic Plant Manager to lead our new unit from the ground up—driving innovation, efficiency, and growth.
What you'll do:
- Set up and establish a new manufacturing plant (machinery, utilities, and infrastructure).
- Build and lead a skilled team across product lines, training them on SOP-based processes.
• Manage production via ERP systems, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost competitiveness. - Oversee fermentation and probiotics-based manufacturing (submerged & solid state).
• Conduct training, mentor staff, and lead the team by example.
What we're looking for:
- *5+ years' experience managing or setting up manufacturing plants, ideally in biofertilizers, probiotics, fermentation, or animal feed.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Hands-on manager who thrives in high-growth, performance-oriented environments.
