Role Overview We are looking for a passionate User Experience Designer who can translate complex requirements into intuitive, delightful, and conversion-driven digital experiences. You will work closely with UI designers, strategy teams, developers, and clients to craft seamless product, website, and app experiences that users love. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluation, and usability studies to understand user needs. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, information architecture, and prototypes. Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visually stunning and user-focused output. Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design intent. Translate business goals into user-centric solutions across websites, landing pages, web apps, and mobile apps. Analyze performance metrics & feedback to improve conversion and engagement. Present concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, defending design decisions with data and logic. Maintain design consistency through design systems and guidelines. Requirements Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing real projects. Expertise in design and prototyping tools: Figma preferred (Adobe XD, Sketch optional). Understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design. Ability to convert insights into meaningful design improvements. Strong communication skills and storytelling ability to present design strategies. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic dev logic) is a plus. Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
