Purpose:

As Dyninno Group is looking to expand its scope of partnerships with airlines and other B2B partners globally, it is recruiting for the role of Business Intelligence Analyst within its Industry Relations team.

Based in ​Bengaluru, India, and reporting to ​the Management of Industry Relations team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of ​ Dyninno Group's Industry Relations Commercial Strategy. Looking both at past trends and future outlook, you will support the monitor​ing and analysis of ​the performance ​of Dyninno Group's partner airline and other B2B engagements, ​delivering meaningful insights and clear business recommendations in a ​comprehensive manner. You will be actively involved ​in providing insights on key performance indicators at ​A​irline/Point of Sale/Business segment level ​within the purview of Dyninno Group's commercial agreements.


Responsibilities:

  • Harnessing the suite of Analytical tools and setting up relevant reports/dashboards; building templates to allow for efficient repetition of any analysis performed.
  • Monitoring the performance of Agency Incentive programs across the portfolio of Dyninno Group's partner airlines and other B2B partners.
  • Modeling revenue performance scenarios, identification of performance gaps and incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Provision of regular status updates and actionable insights to key stakeholders within the Industry Relations department.
  • Active management of contract lifecycle: identify competitive gaps, expiry dates and have visibility as to the impact of all terms and conditions on the revenue performance and target achievement.
  • Support the team on ad-hoc analysis, research, projects, and presentations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant experience ideally within Aviation or the travel industry managing (processing and analyzing) voluminous data
  • Possess advanced knowledge of Word / PowerPoint / Excel
  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Looker / Tableau / Oracle BI will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with robust expectations management and work prioritization
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure & independently
