We are hiring -


Position : Sr. GM – BD/Operation

Salary Range : 30 – 35 LPA

Location : Any metro city (Pune, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Mumbai)

Requirements : Looking for candidates with experience in the TPI/TIC industry.


III. Education and Experience

1. Graduate Engineering/M-Tech- Preferably MBA having 18-20 years’ experience from PSU/EPC/PMC/ TPI/TIC.


I. Position Summary

1. Person should have exposure of dealing Corporate planner and office of target companies mainly in Oil and gas and Chemical sector; PMC engineering team, investor planner, EPC tender team & off course relation to top management of all units

2. Having detail update for customer insight for future investment planning

3. Person should have back ground for similar activity of customer relation manager role in oil & gas and process industries

4. Person should have exposure & vision for future development & operation handling & also capable to Liasoning with various corporate, PSU, EPC,PMC etc…

5. Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target..

6. Responsible for all CPI related activities including Business Development, New Product development and Operations

7. Will be first-in-line of CPI BU

II. Responsibility and Authority

1. Planning and execution of all CPI related products & services, including TPI, FQA, Safety services, RBI, PED 2. Helping commercial team to make budget and costing of all related project

3. Generating lead and help BD team for order booking

4. Account receivables / collection

5. Team development and skill enhancement

6. New product development

7. Support tender team for market update / technical write up / costing to win project.

8. Establish company name into customer book prior to project announcement

9. Establish & maintain relation with customer during & after project progress

10. For any technical input he can be access to all working level manager

11. Authorized to take call for pricing commitment with respect to business unit sales planning 12. Person should be capable to handle 100 Cr sales & planning/ large team size and business.


IV. Key KPIs

1. New customer & Product on board with registration

2. More large project update & received EOI from customer

3. Plan & focus 50% of business booking from new customer/Product

4. 25% business with retrieving customer business where we are not engaged with them in their current project

V. Specific skills & knowledge

1. Experience of development and managing services like assets integrity, RPI, process safety, Project management in downstream Oil and Gas and Chemical sector

2. Customer relation

3. Should have good communication skill and team management

4. Technically sound

5. Self-driven and dynamic

6. Exposure to CPI business in market

7. Resolution capabilities between both parties
