Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct in-depth research to identify key market opportunities, potential client segments, and industry trends in the translation and localization space.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a strategic plan for entering the translation and localization industry, including recommendations on service offerings, target markets, and competitive positioning.
  • Process Setup and Optimization : Advise on setting up the necessary processes, tools, and workflows for efficient translation and localization services, including the selection of translation management systems and computer-assisted translation tools.
  • Vendor Selection and Management : Assist in identifying and establishing relationships with reliable translation vendors and freelancers, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Quality Assurance : Provide guidance on implementing quality control processes, including linguistic review, testing, and feedback loops to maintain high standards.
  • Cultural Adaptation : Offer insights into cultural adaptation and localization best practices to ensure that content is tailored appropriately for different markets.
