About Adhki (India Arm of CC33) Adhki is developing a next-generation Voice AI platform that merges advanced speech intelligence with powerful Large Language Models (LLMs). We are looking for a highly skilled Voice AI Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy this platform entirely from the ground up at our Bangalore tech hub. Role Overview You will lead the technical design and full-stack development of Adhki’s Voice AI system — covering speech recognition (ASR), voice synthesis (TTS), wake-word detection, and LLM-driven conversation. This role demands deep engineering expertise, creativity, and hands-on experience with both AI model development and deployment environments. Key Responsibilities Architect and develop the complete Voice AI platform from scratch. Implement and optimise ASR, TTS, and wake-word detection modules. Integrate and fine-tune LLMs for natural, context-aware dialogue. Design scalable deployment infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. Optimise for latency, accuracy, and reliability across cloud and edge environments. Select and customise open-source frameworks such as Whisper, Coqui TTS, ESPnet, Riva, or Kaldi. Required Skills and Experience 4+ years of experience in Voice AI, Speech ML, or NLP. Proven background building end-to-end voice systems from concept to production. Strong coding proficiency in Python and C++. Deep familiarity with ASR/TTS pipelines, signal processing, and real-time inference. Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Llama) and transformer-based dialogue systems. Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), GPU optimisation, and MLOps.
