System Test Engineer

Summary:

Job Description: 

  • Build system test automation infrastructure to continuously test a big data pipeline stack end to end across dozens of different ecosystems, clouds and connectors. 
  • Build in depth understanding of the product and be able to come up with a comprehensive system test plan
  • Automation of the system-test plan
  • Analyze the failures and generate reports
  • Keep pace with releases and ensure software release quality

Qualifications: 

  • 2-8 yrs of industry experience in software development or system test automation. 
  • Proficiency in python
  • Understanding of databases, operating systems, distributed systems.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field. 
  • Experience with developing multi-cloud system-test suites with deep expertise in at least one of AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Experience with development system-test suites for application clouds (Salesforce etc)
  • Experience with development and running of test-suites for a SaaS environment with rapid release cycles
  • Experience performing RCA on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Proficiency in graphql is a strong plus
