We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic product team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet the requirements of our healthcare business, particularly in the health insurance sector in the US.Responsibilities

Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and user needs to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.Work closely with engineers to define acceptance criteria, conduct testing, and ensure the quality of deliverables.Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure software meets quality standards.Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to enhance the user experience and overall product quality.Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, resolve issues, and drive successful project outcomes.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, particularly in the healthcare domain and HIPAA compliance.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Specialist in the healthcare domain, preferably in health insurance in the US.Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and teams.Experience working with Ruby on Rails or similar technologies.Familiarity with integrating various applications, including home-grown, cloud-based, and third-party solutions.Exposure to HIPAA compliance requirements and healthcare regulations.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.Prior experience working with companies in similar domains in the US is desirable.Additional Information
