Job Overview:

One of our esteemed clients are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Specialist with a strong background in financial management and fundraising. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, a CA or MBA in Finance, and exceptional proficiency in Excel (including V-Lookup). The role involves managing key financial activities, including fundraising, debt syndication, and credit monitoring arrangements (CMA). Experience in liaising with PSU and Private Banks, as well as holding consortium meetings, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) documentation.
  • Conduct ratio analysis in line with RBI requirements.
  • Manage relationships with banks for fundraising and liaising.
  • Oversee fundraising activities for subsidiaries, including debt syndication.
  • Handle queries and manage documentation for loans, ensuring compliance with RBI and bank formats.
  • Conduct and manage consortium meetings involving multiple financial institutions.
  • Support the CFO in reporting and overall financial planning for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • CA is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and Excel (V-Lookup).
  • Experience with fundraising and debt syndication.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, RBI regulations, and credit arrangements.
  • Proven track record in working with manufacturing sector finance or related industries.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be currently working in a corporate finance role.
  • Experience in managing subsidiaries and associated financial operations.
  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Noida or Marol.
