Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, dynamic Customer & Operations Coordinator with a hospitality/operations background. This person will function as the daily bridge between the Founder and all stakeholders — customers, kitchen team, delivery fleet, vendors, and social media partners.

The role is equal parts assistant + coordinator: ensuring smooth execution of daily operations, timely communication, and maintaining the premium standards of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Coordination & Assistance

  • Act as the link between the Founder and teams/vendors (kitchen, riders, packaging/produce vendors, social media teams).
  • Schedule and track tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution.
  • Work like a personal assistant in keeping priorities on track, ensuring nothing is missed.

2. Customer Relations & Experience

  • Maintain and update customer database with preferences and subscriptions.
  • Interact with customers via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and calls in a polished and professional manner.
  • Handle feedback/complaints and resolve quickly.

3. Social Media & Communication

  • Coordinate with the brand's social media team/agency for timely posts and responses.
  • Ensure customer inquiries are answered quickly.
  • Support management in external communication.

4. Operations & Delivery

  • Ensure orders are ready and dispatched on time.
  • Track delivery fleet/riders and keep customers updated.
  • Troubleshoot last-minute order/delivery issues.

5. Vendor & Procurement Support

  • Liaise with vendors (ingredients, packaging, logistics).
  • Track stock usage and reorder supplies in advance.
  • Maintain updated rate cards and invoice records.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management (IHM or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in guest relations/front office/operations in premium hotels, F&B outlets, or fast-moving startups.
  • Skills & Qualities:
  • Excellent communication in English + Hindi/Punjabi.
  • Tech-savvy: WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, Instagram.
  • Organized, proactive, strong follow-up skills.
  • Groomed, confident, customer-first mindset.
  • Able to handle multi-tasking with calm and precision.
