Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager : Export, to spearhead our new vertical in exports for our brands: Sweetify & Glim Ayurveda. This role presents exciting challenges and opportunities in the rapidly growing Sweetener market and Ayurveda market.


Responsibilities


1. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand exports of Sweetify & Glim Ayurveda products to target markets.

2. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze market trends to maximize growth potential.

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients, distributors, and partners.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and streamline export processes.

5. Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies to secure profitable export deals.

6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market conditions, and competitors to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.

7. Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of exports.

8. Stay updated with industry developments, trade regulations, and international business practices to provide insights and recommendations.

9. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their export knowledge and skills.


Requirements


1. Proven leadership experience in exports or managerial role

2. Strong track record of successfully building and managing teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

3. Demonstrated expertise in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive launch plans.

6. Sound knowledge of international trade regulations, customs, and documentation processes.

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

8. Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software.

9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

10. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
