- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Compliance & Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and improve processes for better efficiency.
- 12+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with expertise in high-volume hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across levels.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, HRMS, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing a large recruitment team or working in staffing agencies.
