Role Overview

As a Unity Programmer, you'll work closely with designers, artists, and senior developers to build gameplay features, tools, and systems. This role is ideal for recent graduates or junior developers who want to gain hands-on experience in professional game development.

Responsibilities

  • Implement core gameplay mechanics, UI, and tools in Unity (C#).
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate assets and features.
  • Debug, optimize, and test features across platforms (VR, PC, Mobile).
  • Support senior developers in building scalable and maintainable code.
  • Participate in team discussions, brainstorming, and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field (or equivalent self-taught experience).
  • Proficiency in
    C#
    and Unity Engine basics.
  • Understanding of OOP principles, game loops, and physics.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git, Plastic SCM, or similar).
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with VR/AR projects.
  • Exposure to shaders, Unity URP/HDRP, or optimization techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of multiplayer networking (Photon, Mirror, Netcode).
  • Personal game projects, game jam participation, or portfolio links.
