Position: Senior HR ManagerExperience: 8+ YearsLocation: RemoteWork Days: Monday to FridayTimings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and streamline our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy and execution, with the ability to build efficient processes, manage end-to-end HR functions, and support a growing team. This role is fully remote and requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating across departments.Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Process Building- Design, implement, and optimize HR processes, policies, and SOPs.- Develop streamlined workflows to support employee lifecycle management.- Introduce and maintain systems that enhance HR efficiency and compliance.2. HRMS Management- Lead the functioning of HRMS system.- Ensure smooth integration of employee data.- Oversee system usage, training, and continuous improvements.3. Payroll Management- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.- Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate salary disbursement and compliance.- Handle statutory deductions, leave reconciliations, and payroll data audits.4. Recruitment & Hiring- Drive hiring strategies to fulfill staffing needs across departments.- Manage the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer rollouts.- Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and build strong pipelines.5.
