Key responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow our client base through proactive sales efforts
  2. Prepare and maintain sales reports using MS-Excel for analysis
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
  4. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products
  5. Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and proposals
  6. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
  7. Assist in general office duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
