Responsibilities

Site Security Coordinators (SSCs) facilitate security-related processes. SSC Ensure that security-related policies and customer requirements are document, implemented and maintained. SSC Ensure that security risks are evaluated, security measures are implemented, and incident management procedures are kept running. SSC serves as primary contact for all local security issues and as the initial interface for security-related requests. The SSC will be supporting ZF Tech Centre India’s ISMS, TISAX, Physical and personal security requirements in consultation with ZF Corporate Security.

Cyber and Information Security

Serve as the local contact for ZF Group and customer requests and inquiries, e.g., prepare ISMS or TISAX assessments Facilitate and document the Information Security Management System (ISMS) incl. checks of the ISMS with internal assessments  Initialize local security awareness measures

Personal & Physical Security

Develop and maintain a risk based physical security concept; inform the head of the business entity about the results Derive Site Security Plans and coordinate all site security aspects incl. the implementation of specific physical security measures Audit and review the access control (ID card management, readers, controllers, etc.) for seamless functioning.

Incident & Crisis Management

Facilitate* the incident management process, maintain Incident Reception Points and ensure that incidents are classified, and if necessary reported and escalated Ensure that reasonable processes are established on site to deal with security incidents (incl. investigation, assessment, and response) * The SSC acts as a facilitator and coordinator. Tasks can be delegated to other persons, but the SSC remains responsible and the primary contact for stakeholders.

Strategy, Risk & Control Assurance

Identify and evaluate local risks to all local assets; ZF employees, information, tangible assets, property holdings, partner firms and visitors on site Support in planning, preparing, and coordinating of external security audits. Perform yearly internal self-assessments.

Know How

Information security Physical security Incidents- and crisis management Strategic risk management

Education and Experience required

PG / B.Tech / BSC Degree in IT Engineering Hands on Experience in Incident Management, Risk Management and Crisis management 7 to 10 years of relevant experience (in IT/ITes) Additionally, Certification in ISO (Internal Auditor / Implementor Level) and/or TISAX. Knowledge and experience working with ISO or Risk management.

Good to Have

Work experience with Nedap access control system (Aemon, Aeos etc). Experience in SEZ environment would be an advantage Experience/ Knowledge with Badging process Multi-linguistic (Indian languages)
