Production Manager

JOB DETAILS 1.Provide expectations, accountability, and direction to all direct reports.2.Lead a culture that promotes involvement, communication, mutual trust & respect, and team work. 3.Ensure all customer expectations are met and concerns are promptly addressed. 4.Provide oversight to capacity and production planning to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction. 5.Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements as well as equipment layouts; implement improvements to optimize. 6.Champion problem solving teams and the use of Lean Principles to continually improve key measure performance. 7.Interview and participate in the hiring of manufacturing personnel - continue to build a great team. 8.Ensure all employees receive adequate training and timely evaluations. 9.Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives. 10.Promote safety and quality daily.
