Position : Data and Analytics Lead

Are you a passionate and experienced data leader with a knack for transforming data into actionable insights? We're looking for a Data and Analytics Lead to join our dynamic team and drive our data initiatives forward, particularly within the healthcare or pharmaceutical retail industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute data and analytics strategies aligned with our organizational goals.

- Architect and manage data warehouses, data lakes, and governance frameworks.

- Ensure top-notch data quality, accuracy, and integrity.

- Utilize data prep and cleaning tools for seamless analysis.

- Create and manage data pipelines for efficient data processing.

- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for optimal data infrastructure management.

- Design compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.

- Translate complex data analysis into actionable business insights.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts.

- Promote a data-driven culture and collaborate across departments.

Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.

Technical Skills :

Essential : Python, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), data warehousing/lake solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics), Power BI.

Preferred : R or Scala, Airflow, Luigi, Prefect, Hadoop, Spark, Git, MDM tools, data preparation tools (OpenRefine, Trifacta Wrangler).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 7-10 years of experience in data analytics and management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in data architecture and governance.

- Strong understanding of data quality principles and AI/ML concepts.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Bonus Points :

- Expertise in the healthcare/pharmaceutical retail sector.

- Experience with data security and compliance.

- Experience with machine learning models for healthcare/pharma applications.
