Key Responsibilities:

1.Scriptwriting:

  • Write creative, engaging, and impactful scripts for reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.
  • Develop scripts tailored to specific audiences and platform algorithms.
  • Ensure the tone, style, and voice align with brand identity and audience expectations.

2.Content Ideation:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats to create viral-worthy content.

3.Editing & Refining:

  • Revise scripts based on feedback from team members or clients.
  • Ensure scripts are concise, engaging, and fit the desired runtime.

4.Data-Driven Approach:

  • Analyze audience behavior and past content performance to refine future scripts.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor content.

5.Collaboration:

  • Work closely with videographers, editors, and graphic designers to ensure scripts translate well into final visuals.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align scripts with campaign objectives.

6.Quality Control:

  • Maintain high-quality standards in storytelling, formatting, and overall delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven 1 year experience as a scriptwriter, preferably for social media platforms.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to write for diverse formats and tones.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform-specific content styles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to write concise and engaging content within a limited timeframe or character count.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video content production or familiarity with video editing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and its application in video titles, descriptions, and hashtags.
  • A portfolio showcasing past work in social media scriptwriting.
