  • Should have good experience w working in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching. Suggested experience working in ARCS should not be less than 8 years.
  • Ability to solution ARCS enhancements based on customer requirements
  • Good understanding of US Accounting Reconciliation processes
  • Should have hands on creation of ARCS Application, Good understanding of Profiles, creation of recons, Creation of Format Rules.
  • Should have hands on in Transaction Matching Creation of Match Types, Creation of Auto Match Rules, Ability to solution complex TM requirements of customer
  • Should have Hands on in creation and solutioning of Integration, Automation
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of SQL Query in BIP Reporting
  • Understanding and working Knowledge of Support projects and JIRA Management is added advantage.
  • Should be able to Troubleshoot and do error handling of tickets for Recon Compliance and Transaction Matching.
  • Good communication and ability to interact with Business Users.
  • Understanding of Finance concepts is must.
