Job Description :


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to join our Python/AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, with a strong background in leading and managing technical teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI and ML projects, guiding team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models and applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment of AI/ML models.

- Mentor and provide guidance to team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and bring new ideas to the team.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any challenges.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

- At least 8 years of experience in Python programming and developing AI/ML models.

- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and natural language processing.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and scalable AI/ML solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Prior experience in a startup or fast-growing tech company is a plus.
