The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required training and design discussions.Roles & Responsibilities- Managing Designing Projects.- Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.- Customer Experience & Relationship Management.- Ensuring output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customner rating).- Training designers on technical details (wherever required).- Managing/ leading design discussions.
