About The Role

As a

Software Architect – Java

will contribute to various phases and activities of the software development process or software testing. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment, the engineer works with tech Lead, software engineers, internal partners, and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesProvide scalable solutions for products which includes lot of backend processingWriting Technical specifications and enabling developers to stick to the designCode reviews to make sure quality code is delivered.Fill the gaps in product by building/enabling various development processes and tools wherever applicable.Manage and groom teams for a high-performance culture and be a champion of HighRadius core values.R&D /POCs of new age requirementsSkillsExperience Range: 10 to 16 YearsEducation: BE/B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc./M.TechTechnology Stack: Java 8, Spring, Struts, MySQL, AWS/AZUREWhat You'll DoDemonstrate hands on Technical, Design & Architecture skills and lead the team to arrive at optimal solutions for business challenges in payment vertical.Review requirements, specifications, and create technical design documentsEstimate tasks and meet milestones and deadlines appropriatelyProvides technical guidance and support during the development phase of a project and ensure project deliveryFollow best practices of the industry for delivering high-quality software in a timely manner and to the specificationIdentify risks or opportunities associated with current or new technology use. Plan and execute PoCs as necessaryStrive for continuous improvement of Development Process & standardsGood interpersonal communication and organizational skills to contribute as a leading member of global, distributed teams focused on delivering quality, high performant and scalable solutionsDemonstrated ability to rapidly learn new and emerging technologies and vision of technology transformation developing a vision of their suitabilityEffectively communicate with team members, project managers, clients and other stakeholders as requiredWhat We ExpectBachelor’s Degree requiredExperience range : 10+ yearsTechnology Stack : Core Java, Java 8, collections, Exception Handling, Hibernate, Spring, SQLGood to have - Ext.Js or any UI framework experience, Elastic search, Cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure)Knowledge of of Cloud, DevOps, Design patterns, Jenkins, GIT, Grafana, ELK, JUNITDeep understanding and experience of architecting and deployment of end to end scalable web applicationDeep understanding of SCRUM/Agile process, project tracking, monitoring, risk managementExperience with building, developing and coaching teams of best technical talent in the IndustryExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsQualification:
