Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and refine prompts to improve the performance and accuracy of AI/LLM-based systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand use cases and design tailored prompts for diverse applications (e.g., customer support, content generation, automation).
  • Analyze AI outputs and continuously optimise prompt strategies for higher quality, relevance, and efficiency.
  • Build prompt libraries and maintain documentation for scalability and reusability.
  • Conduct A/B testing of prompts and evaluate performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/LLM research, prompt engineering techniques, and best practices.
  • Ensure prompts align with ethical AI guidelines and company compliance policies.
  • Work with engineers to integrate prompts into applications, workflows, and APIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Proven experience in working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, PaLM, etc.) and AI prompt design.
  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts, machine learning fundamentals, and model fine-tuning.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret AI outputs and refine inputs accordingly.
  • Experience with Python, APIs, and AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and context sensitivity.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
