Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthJob description:Agronomist – Procurement & Farm SupportLocation: Thonda Village, Thirumalagiri Mandal, Suryapet DistrictJob Type: Full-timeJob DescriptionWe are looking for an Agronomist (Procurement-focused) to strengthen our farm-level sourcing and raw material supply chain for dehydrated vegetable processing. The candidate will be responsible for working with farmers, monitoring crops, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining raw material quality.The role requires a combination of agronomy expertise and procurement management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage with farmers and FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations) for sourcing key crops.Plan and monitor crop cultivation cycles based on production requirements.Ensure timely procurement of farm produce with focus on quality, consistency, and cost-efficiency .Guide farmers on seeds, soil health, fertilizers, pest/disease control , and sustainable practices.Train and support farmers in residue-free / organic cultivation to meet quality standards.Coordinate between farms and the factory procurement/production teams.Maintain accurate procurement records, farmer contracts, and yield data.Build long-term relationships with farming communities to secure supply stability.QualificationsB.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.0–3 years of experience in agronomy, farm extension, or procurement (Freshers with strong agri knowledge may apply).Knowledge of crop cycles, soil management, fertilizers, and pest control.Experience in contract farming / farm procurement preferred.Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.Willingness to travel extensively to farms.BenefitsSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).Travel allowance for farm visits.Opportunity to grow into Agri-Procurement & Supply Chain Management .Hands-on exposure to sustainable farming and food processing industry.Work Schedule6 days a weekPrimarily field-based with some reporting at the unitJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
