Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for ensuring timely requirement of required level recruitment.
  • Responsible for defining the responsibility, authority and interrelation of personnel within the company.
  • Responsible for preparing, maintaining & developing HR polices.
  • Identifying of Training needs for personnel and evaluation of effectiveness of the training with the help of department head.
  • Responsible for maintaining and implementation of ISO 9001 and IATF documentation.
  • Developing and implementing continuous improvement projects.
  • Responsible for conducting & providing Induction training of new employee.
  • Responsible for conducting ESI & PF audit.
  • Responsible for achieving quality objectives.
  • Responsible for preparing training plan with the help of department head.
  • Responsible for conducting 5S audit as per plan.
  • Responsible for providing necessary resources to employee.
  • Responsible for communicating Quality Policy to interested parties.
  • Responsible for maintaining legal, regularity and statutory requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining work environment of company.
  • Responsible for conducting on job training for new employees.
  • Responsible for conducting plan training timely.
  • Responsible for maintaining performance management system..
  • Responsible for communicating statutory and regularity requirements to employees.
  • Responsible for submitting required data to legal agencies.
  • Responsible for conducting motivational activity in the company.

Required Candidates Profile:-

  • Knowledge of understanding of HR operations & Implementation.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF documentation.
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle time management office.
  • Strong and appropriate communication skills.
  • Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
  • Ability of manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
