Job Title: Senior Research Analyst – Healthcare & Pharma

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst – Healthcare & Pharma with 4-5 years of experience in market research and consulting within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or healthcare services. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of market estimation, regulatory landscapes, competitive analysis, and industry trends .

You will play a pivotal role in leading research projects, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring high-quality market intelligence reports for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Market Research & Analysis:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end market research projects in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare services.
  • Conduct market sizing, forecasting, and trend analysis using primary and secondary research methodologies.

✅ Competitive Intelligence & Industry Insights:

  • Analyze key market players, emerging competitors, innovations, M&A activities, and regulatory trends.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to help clients navigate competitive landscapes.

✅ Regulatory & Policy Analysis:

  • Track and analyze FDA, EMA, WHO, and other regulatory frameworks affecting healthcare and pharma industries.
  • Assess the impact of evolving regulations on market dynamics.

✅ Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Manage and mentor a team of research analysts , ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution.
  • Provide training on research methodologies, industry trends, and best practices .

✅ Client Engagement & Report Development:

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality market intelligence reports, white papers, and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with sales & consulting teams to address client queries and customize research insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:

✔️ 4-5 years of experience in market research & consulting within Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, or Medical Devices .

✔️ Strong expertise in market estimation, forecasting models, regulatory intelligence, and competitive analysis .

✔️ Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and quality.

✔️ Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills —ability to present complex insights in a client-friendly manner.

✔️ Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
