Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers based on a provided list.
  • Collect and update incomplete or missing details as per the collection scheme.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each interaction.
  • Ensure a polite and professional communication tone at all times.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure data accuracy.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, data entry).
  • Prior experience in telecalling is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills ( English).
  • Based in or near Vidyavihar, Mumbai (must be comfortable working from office).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
