We're in it together to make life better for each other, our customers, our partners, and our communities.Specifically, the SAP Basis Leader will:- Lead the design, planning, development, and deployment of SAP environments in the cloud.- Coordinate SAP Basis technical teams, ensuring quality, standards compliance, and timely delivery.- Define strategies and architectures for migrations, upgrades, and SAP system optimization.- Oversee the execution of homogeneous and heterogeneous system copies, database migrations, and cloud platform moves.- Collaborate with solution architects, and business leaders to define SAP technology roadmaps.- Ensure integration of SAP with other enterprise systems and communication platforms.- Promote best practices for security, performance, and compliance in SAP environments.- Mentor SAP Basis engineers and administrators, promoting best practices and cloud stack knowledge.Qualifications:- SAP Basis, SAP HANA, or cloud certifications (Azure, AWS).- Experience in complex migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.- Knowledge of Solution Manager for centralized SAP system management.- Experience integrating with other enterprise platforms and SAP process automation.- Strategic mindset, innovation capability, and broad vision of SAP environments.ALIANDO is an equal opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
