Key Responsibilities :Preparation of food and beverage samples for testing.Perform routine chemical analysis of food products to determine

carbohydrates, fats, proteins, sugars, and dietary fibre

content.Use

HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)

and

ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma)

methods for food testing.Conduct a range of analyses using

gas chromatography (GC-MS, GC/MS/MS)

and

liquid chromatography (HPLC, LC/MS/MS) .Ensure that all laboratory procedures are conducted according to standard operating protocols and within an accredited environment.Collaborate with the team to deliver accurate and timely results for various testing projects.

Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in
