Experience : 5-8 yearsRole – Data Specialist – Business IntelligenceJob Description:We need a BI data specialist who has hands-on experience in generating, designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. The primary role of the person is to transform raw data into meaningful information that can be used to drive business strategies and decisions.To do this, the person should understand the business requirements and data from business to design and develop data models that can effectively support these requirements.Using Power BI, one should be able to create visualizations to present the data clearly and engagingly, making it easy for the stakeholders to understand the trends, pattern and insights.Role & Responsibilities:Must Need:BI Tool Expert – Need a Data Specialist who uses Microsoft’s Power BI tool set to create Data driven Designs, Reports and Dashboards.Should have experience in Data Storytelling, Data Modelling, transforming Raw data to simplified data structure and set normalized relationships.Create Complex data interactive Dashboards to and reports to provide clear actionable insightsShould have experience in driving data through business to showcase – Trends, patterns, insights, forecasts, predictions etc.Should have acted as an enabler to business for Informed decision making.Expertise in:Expertise in Data analysis & Analytics, Data modelling and data visualizations.Handson in design and develop data modelsMust understand, document the business requirements and should have ability to effectively transform the business requirements to valuable designs and reportsShould have the ability to ensure the accuracy, reliability and completeness of data presented over Dashboard and ReportsShould have technical expertise in massaging and simplification of dataResponsibilities :As a Power BI developer:Should be able to drive independently and provide end to end solutions to the business problem statementsShould work closely with the business stakeholdersShould understand the exiting solutions and independently take decisions to enhance or re-developShould bridge the gaps between technical and non-technical sidesShould have the ability to leverage their data effectively
