Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process (Broadband Services)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process Broadband Services team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills and be eager to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers regarding broadband services.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide product/service information clearly and confidently.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Document all interactions and escalate issues to relevant teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in International Voice Process / Customer Support preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts / rotational shifts.

Eligibility & Other Details

  • Education: Any graduate / undergraduate can apply.
  • Experience: 03 years in International Technical Voice Process (preferred).
  • Work Mode: Work from Office.
  • Location: Bangalore.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
