What we are looking for

Role: Oracle DBA L2

Experience Range: 6 – 8 Years

Location: Pune, Kochi, Indore

Must Have:

- production Oracle DBA experience in Oracle and in a Linux/UNIX environment,- Strong Knowledge on RDBMS architecture- Strong knowledge on UNIX/Linux to configure, maintain and monitor database instance(s)- Working experience in a critical production environment on multiple database technologies- Review and implement database changes- Provide timely response to system alerts and participate in the on-call schedule (if applicable)- Sound communication skills and Interpersonal Skills

Good to Have:

- Basic understanding of load balancing and High availability etc.- Good understanding of operational framework like ITIL/ITSM.- Experience and exposure to Cloud Operations is added advantage.- Has the ability to show initiative and be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

Essential:

- Provision and support customers and infrastructure networks for cloud operations- Provide reporting on various metrics: performance, availability, utilization- Support performance testing and application benchmarking activities- Continuous improvement of existing processes and standards- Infrastructure within the cloud in regard to performance, availability and security- Working in standard working hours with rotational on-call (senior Candidates) or 24/7 shift rotation (intermediate Candidates)

Minimum Qualification:

•15 years of full-time education

•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
