You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships to drive satisfaction and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management- Serve as the main liaison between clients and Bandish Productions.- Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships.- Understand client expectations and ensure smooth communication.- Handle client escalations professionally and offer timely solutions.Project & Workflow Management- Gather detailed project briefs and communicate them to the internal teams (video, sound, graphics, etc.).- Plan and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.- Track project progress and update clients regularly.Creative & Production Coordination- Support clients in defining creative directions, concepts, and execution plans.- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and guide teams based on client requirements.- Review drafts, edits, and outputs before sharing with clients.Operation & Documentation- Prepare quotations, proposals, and timelines.- Maintain project documentation, communication logs, and approvals.- Assist in billing, invoicing, and
