Immediate Joining ( 3 + Years Experience ) Studio Location: Golf Coarse Road , Gurugram Who We’re Looking For:Studio Urbarc is looking for a passionate and detail - driven Architect/Interior Designer with at least 3 years of experience specifically in Interior Design to join our growing dynamic team About Us:At Studio Urbarc, Ideas flow freely, coffee’s always brewing, and creativity never feels like workWe believe design is a journey — of continuous learning, evolving, and refining.Every space we create is a dialogue between form, feeling, and function — grounded in simplicity and crafted with intent.Your Role Will Include:· Space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.· Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software and tools.· Preparation of design presentations for clients, including 2 D and 3 D visualizations.· Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board )· Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations· Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations· Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects· Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts· Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of design plans.· Site visits and assessments as needed to monitor progress and quality of work.What we are looking and expect from you· Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Diploma in Interior Design· Soft Skills : Demonstrable presentation with a attention to details and materials. Good Client presentation relations skills· Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Good Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray /Lumion/3d Max is a must.Process of Applying A.
