Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for automotive software systems. Utilize vector tools such as Canoe, VTest Studio, Vector Cast, and Candela Studio for test execution and analysis. Write and maintain test automation scripts using programming languages like C#, CAPL, and Python. Conduct various types of testing including unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing. Utilize JIRA for issue tracking and project management. Configure and maintain continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins. Document test procedures, results, and findings for future reference. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automotive testing methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Test Engineer or similar roles(2 years).
  • Hands-on experience with vector tools such as Canoe, VTest Studio, Vector Cast, and Candela Studio.
  • Proficiency in programming languages including Embedded C, C#, CAPL, and Python.
  • Strong understanding of various types of testing including unit, functional, and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with Software Architectures like AUTOSAR and OSEK.
  • Experience using JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.
