Role : Project Control ManagerKey Responsibilities- To manage the project control resources required to deliver a multiple cross-functional engineering project.- To support the project manager with progress reporting including schedule development, update and maintenance in Primavera and Microsoft Project according to the WBS Guidelines.- Working Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.- Possess working experience with Cost Control, Earned Value Management, Budgets, Estimating, Change Management, Planning, Forecasting, Reporting Progress and Performance, and Project Funding.- Establish project budget, baselines, and report variances.- Monitoring and managing the scope of work in the contract- Basic experience and understanding of estimating and benchmarking.- Provide inputs for contract management.- Assist and support project manager in financial project close-out.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.- Develop and maintain detailed Cash flow and Commitment flow throughout the project phases.- Good interpersonal and collaborating skills.- Good organization and prioritization skills to execute work accurately and largely self-directed, handle multiple priorities and analyse reports and trend activities.- Review and validate contractual compliance of project invoices.- At the completion of the project, develop and ensure recording of the project's historical cost information and "lessons learned" for future use.- Provide support to track project progress and perform analysis of bottlenecks, trends, and critical path.- Identify and communicate project risks and develop mitigation plans.- Prepare project status presentations, highlighting key accomplishments, risks, and changes.- Develop custom projects reports as needed to facilitate project discussions.- Willingness to travel and visit project work locations.- Capable and experienced in preparing various reports and presentations of the projects periodically.
