Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India, for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks will include creating detailed architectural plans, collaborating with engineers and contractors, conducting site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and presenting project proposals to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Strong skills in project management and coordination
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct site visits and inspections
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional architecture license is a plus
• Experience in infrastructure projects is highly desirable
