We are seeking a hands-on Lead Data Architect to guide our data initiatives and drive the development of our AI products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, a strong background in RAG, Semantic Search, and LLMs, and a proven ability to design scalable data solutions in a SaaS product environment. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to support RAG, Semantic Search, and LLM-based solutions. 
  • Architect and manage scalable data infrastructure using Azure services, ensuring high performance and reliability. 
  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing and integration with AI models. 
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management to implement and refine RAG and Semantic Search algorithms. 
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry standards. 
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance data workflows and infrastructure. 
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the data engineering team. 
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data engineering, AI technologies, and industry best practices. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Experience in data engineering and machine learning with a focus on RAG, Semantic Search, and LLMs. 
  • Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL. 
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with data processing libraries. 
  • Proven technical leadership experience in cross functional teams 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong communication skills.
