JD for Senior Backend Developer(Mob Application)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Application Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the core logic and functionality of our applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to support our applications.
Architect robust, high-performance, and secure solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services seamlessly with the user interface.
Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and scalability.
Optimize and tune backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or customers, providing timely resolution.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential for adoption.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in at least one programming language such as express JS,Node.js,mongodb.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Proficiency in database design and SQL, with experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
