Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Officer at FlyTreat in New Delhi. The Visa Officer will be responsible for handling visas, immigration issues, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with travelers.
Responsibilities:
Assess and review visa applications and supporting documents.
Verify authenticity of documents and applicant information.
Make informed decisions on visa approvals or rejections.
Prepare and issue official correspondence related to visa decisions.
Handle applicant inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and policies.
Maintain organized and confidential application records.
Attending Inquiries for Any Countries Visa Assistance (Source - Email, Call or Walkin) Solving Visa Related Queries Preparing
Ensuring Timely All Visa Applications Process.
Process Applications for Visas. Process Visa Applications and Notify Applicants When Decisions Were Made. Must have strong knowledge about All countries Visa documentations. Managing End to end Visa Process
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
2 years of experience in visa processing or immigration.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
Preferred: Advanced degree, relevant certifications.
