thebrandstreet. co is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Retail POSM Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Gurugram. In this role, you'll play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative POSM campaigns for various brands, ensuring a seamless brand experience for customers.

Responsibilities :

1. POSM Design & Development :

- Translate brand guidelines and marketing briefs into visually compelling POSM materials.

- Design a variety of retail POSM elements, including Gondola displays, FSUs, CTUs, Wallbays, Kiosks, Booths, and more.

- Utilize 3D modeling software (3D Max) and V-Ray rendering to create realistic and impactful visuals of retail spaces.

- Develop high-quality graphics and layouts using industry-standard software (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator).

2. Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with marketing teams and clients to understand their needs and objectives.

- Effectively communicate design concepts and ensure revisions are incorporated accurately.

- Collaborate with internal teams (production, printing) to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the retail POSM industry.

- Proven track record of designing engaging and effective POSM materials that drive brand awareness and sales.

- In-depth knowledge of 3D modeling software (3D Max) and V-Ray rendering for creating retail unit designs.

- Proficiency in graphic design software suite (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and best practices.

- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.

- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree/Certificate in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
