H&M Virtual Services Pvt. Ltd. is one of Australia's leading backed services providers. Our major clients are Australian-based solar retailers who sell solar panels in Australia. With this team of experts, we provide backend and telesales services to these Australian-based solar retailers.
Job Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team as After-Sales and Installation Support Executives. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers throughout the solar system installation process and beyond. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate installations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
1. Customer Support:
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding solar system installations, product inquiries, and after-sales support. Provide clear and concise information about product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting steps. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems as needed. Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
2. Installation Coordination
Schedule and coordinate solar system installations with customers and installation technicians. Provide necessary information and documentation to customers and technicians for smooth installation processes. Monitor installation progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
3. Post-Installation Support
Provide guidance and support to customers on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Address warranty claims and initiate repair or replacement processes as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and installation data.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Technical support for max 1-2 years.Proven experience of at least 3 years in Technical support or Customer Care or International Sales (Mandatory skill).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Basic understanding of solar systems and installation processes (preferred)
- Experience in a call center environment (preferred)
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree in Engineering or business administration mandatory
