Description

• 3 years of Workday Recruiting experience in implementation support rollout
• At least 2 full project lifecycle implementations with Workday
• Deep understanding of Business Process, Good understanding and knowledge of SDLC or Agile project methodologies.
• Experience as a team lead or mentor, understanding of Workday Recruiting Application including Job requisitions, Job Application, Business Processes and Security.
• Good to have Workday HCM knowledge including Org Structures, Compensation, Job Profiles, Security and Business Processes.
