Job Title : Senior Fullstack Developer (React + Python)

Location : Gurgaon/On-site

Experience : 8+ Years

Job Description :


We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer with expertise in React and Python to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in fullstack development, who is passionate about building scalable and efficient solutions for complex applications. If you have experience in the fintech domain, that will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React (Frontend) and Python (Backend).


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.


- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.


- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.


- Work with DevOps teams to deploy applications in cloud environments.


- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software applications. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.


- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team learning.

Required Skills and Experience :


- 8+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on React and Python.


- Proficiency in building web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, primarily React.


- Extensive experience with Python and its frameworks like Django or Flask.


- Solid understanding of database design and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).


- Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.


- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.


- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.


- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.


- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.


- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience in fintech or an understanding of financial systems and regulations.


- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.


- Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
